educated Sport and Medical Therapist. My experiences in physical Therapy elevates my understanding for both the skeletal and muscle system, the importance of joint alignment and your individual muscle balance/imbalances.

DEEP WATER RUNNING

By running in the water and with functional training your are able to strengthen approx. 400 muscles equally with every move!

Deep Water Running is practised with a specific floatation vest (NO belt), is included for classes.

There is no impact on your joints but speeds up the recovery process even while working with volume and intensity. Through this efficient training you will burn calories, improve core strength and enhance your functional daily performance.

Deep Water Running is also viewed as “on pair” or even superior to other forms of cross training!

SPORTS MASSAGE

I travelled and treated professional cycling teams and have supervised athletes from many other sports activities while working in rehabilitation clinics.

Sport Massage will help you to relax and recover from chronic aches and pains.It quickly removes the lactic acid and tensions in your muscles, stressed from repetitive and/or “wrong” movements. Including specific techniques like quality stretches, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger points and muscle tapes.

Sport Massage aids in recovery, prevents injury and makes you feel good!

SWIM TRAINING

Goals: Focus on body alignment, practice of back swimming.

Goals: Bilateral breathing technique, practice rhythmic breathing to maintain steady airflow.
